When your accepted powers will be given for your character. There are a lot of powers and we want to try and keep the same powers for different people down as much as possible
Ordinary witches get a total of 3 powers, the first two you get right now but the third power needs to be developed which happens later on.
Witches/Whitelighters can orb or heal with two witch powers
Charmed Witches get three powers
And the source being the most powerful demon gets a total of seven powers
